A truck hauling a trailer with cattle made an unexpected turn off the roadway along South Yosemite Avenue in Oakdale early afternoon Wednesday, July 12. The abrupt turn took out a portion of new fencing installed to separate the under construction Oakdale Community Park from the street. Authorities indicated there were no injuries to the driver and all the cattle also appeared to be unharmed. The cause was under investigation.
