The Easter Sunrise Service wooden cross on Frymire Hill that had been blown over in a storm has been resurrected by the special effort of master craftsperson Bob Muller. Originally built for Easter by the Frymire’s son-in-law Bob Paulat, time and weather rotted the wood so Bob Muller made a sturdy metal sleeve strong enough to survive many storms. Dave Rorabaugh effortlessly maneuvered his backhoe to put the cross into the new hole, dug by Verle Beckerdite. Fred and Lisa Dolling, who mixed and delivered the cement to the hole, provided the manual labor. Supervisors were Phil Frymire and Lee Shearer. The Frymire family would like to thank these talented neighbors. Easter Sunrise Service will be held at the cross at 6:00 a.m. April 24th.
