The Valley Magic 16 and under Class A travel team finished up their summer season by winning the Les Schwab Tire Summer Classic 18 and under division in Turlock recently.
The Magic went 5-1 for the weekend, culminating with a 1-0 performance in the championship game against the Delhi Lady Hawks. The Hawks handed the Magic their only loss of the tournament in a 10-6 slugfest a day prior, giving the squad sweet revenge in the title game.

Scott batted left handed all tournament for the first time, while Ramirez had an on base percentage of .714. Hannah Hibbdon also had major contributions at the plate, smacking the ball around at a .385 clip for the weekend.
