We would like to send a huge ‘Thank You’ to our amazing first responders and our very dedicated Stanislaus County Public Works Department. Our Valley Home community enjoyed the most beautiful evening; we are very grateful to all who came out last Tuesday evening, August 1st. National Night Out was a wonderful success here in Valley Home! Delicious dinner foods and delightful desserts lined the picnic tables at the park. We very much appreciate the awesome show vehicles that provided the perfect ambience for our evening. The crowd was especially excited to see Air 101, all first responders and their vehicles; definitely a special treat for our community! Sweet smelling flowers from Tammie and Ronnie Smith’s garden made our park picnic tables look so pretty. Our evening started with everyone gathering together as Nancy Osmundson led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag, she then said grace … with all heads bowed, she prayed and thanked God for the delicious dinner food; she prayed for our community, our county and our country. Thank you, Nancy!
