Rain or shine – and this year, happily, shine – the Oakdale Rodeo Parade goes on each year. The number of participants continues to grow, with local service clubs, equestrian groups, colorguard units and more all lining up to be a part of the fun.

This year, the entries paraded by throngs of watchers lining both sides of F Street, from the start on Gilbert Avenue to the ending point on the city’s east end at SaveMart. Many of the groups also performed along the way, much to the delight of the crowd.

Here are some photos from the Saturday morning, April 14 festivities.
