OJHS Rams Bring Home The Bling

Seven Oakdale Junior High students put together respectable performances as they participated in the 69th Annual Harold Pope Junior Relays on Saturday, May 7. A total of 26 Junior High and Middle Schools participate in the annual event hosted by the Stanislaus County Office of Education.

The Junior Relays included a number of track and field events. Listed are the athletes and their accomplishments.

Jessica Jerricoff: Discus, Fourth Place

Zeke Saffar: 100 meter, First Place; 400 meter, First Place; Long Jump, First Place and Hurdles, First Place.

Tyler Brown: Shot put, Third Place.

Kendra Branch: 1600 meter, First Place and Triple Jump, Fourth Place.

Alyssa Burke: Long Jump, Sixth Place.

Steven Morris: High Jump, Third Place and Triple Jump, Fourth Place.

Leonel Ayala: Long Jump, Fifth Place and Triple Jump, Second Place.

Peyton Bradford: Discus, Sixth Place.
