Dr. Jerrold Polterock, Oakdale’s Ear, Nose and Throat surgeon will be lecturing to Head and Neck residents during Grand Rounds in the Department of Otolaryngology at UC Davis on Tuesday, March 13. He will be lecturing about the treatment of nosebleeds, and how the treatment has changed and improved through his experience over the last 25 years. His talk is titled, “Epistaxis: (nosebleeds) My Personal Journey.”
Dr. Polterock previously taught at UC San Diego in the Department of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery for 11 years. He supervised a clinic for the residents and operated with them at the university hospitals.
He is currently practicing at Oak Valley Otolaryngology at 250 S. Oak Ave., Ste. 4. He operates at Oak Valley District Hospital. He takes care of patients of all ages and accepts most all insurances.
