It was the traditional Halloween Parade and Festival for Oakdale on Monday, Oct. 31 as the city, in cooperation with the Oakdale Kiwanis Club and several other community and business supporters, put on the festivities. Along with a parade along G Street, there was food, games, music, candy and fun for the young trick-or-treaters in the early afternoon, before they hit the streets to go door-to-door for some more sweet treats.
