The third in a series of Community Workshops for Oakdale residents focused on the city’s sign ordinance is scheduled for Wednesday, March 21.

Scheduled for 6 p.m., the workshop will be hosted at the City of Oakdale Council Chambers, 277 N. Second Ave., and is open to all interested.

City officials are seeking to gather input from residents on what they feel works and what doesn’t when it comes to the sign ordinance. The City is currently undergoing a comprehensive update to the ordinance. Topics of discussion at the March 21 session are scheduled to include: Review of a draft ordinance, flag signs, banners and window signs, temporary signage, major issues and implementation and enforcement.
