Oakdale High’s lanky guard/forward, Kylie Gust, is the Dirk Nowitzki of Lady Mustang hoops. Her exploits were a bright spot during the OHS girls basketball program in the 2011-12 season and she has already made a big impact this year. She drained two threes and landed a team-high eight points as Oakdale rallied to a 37-23 win over LeGrand on Thursday as the varsity girls captured their second win of the season. Gust will be a key factor in Oakdale’s success moving forward this season.
