Wiley Joiner of Oakdale, California was born on June 20, 1934 and passed away peacefully entering the kingdom of heaven on November 10, 2023 at the age of 89. He was a husband, dad, father-in-law, grandpa, great-grandpa, friend, military man and most of all a man of God.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Dema; father, Herb; sister, Helen; and brother, William. He is survived by his wife, Glory; sons, Mark, and Jeff; grandchildren and great grandchildren.
