Lynda (Lyn) Peterson, 84, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2026, surrounded by family.

She was born on September 18, 1942, in Thorton, Texas. Lyn lived a life centered around family and was dedicated to her work. She was known as a hardworking woman who took pride in everything she did and cared deeply for those around her.

Lyn was a devoted sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She cherished time spent with her family and created countless memories through her love of cooking, and glamping on the Oregon Coast. She also found joy and excitement in trips to the casino, always hoping to win big and enjoying fun along the way.

She is survived by her sons, Todd A., Jay D., and Barry W. Peterson, along with her 13 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, who will continue to carry her love and legacy forward. She was preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey L. Peterson.

Lyn will be remembered for her strength and love she gave so freely to her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
