Joshua Cain Bracells, 35, died Thursday, Sept. 3 of a heart attack.

He was a resident of Red Bluff for two years. He was born and raised in Oakdale and graduated from Oakdale High School in 1992.

He was in the Marines. He was a heavy equipment operator.

He is survived by his wife, Erin Bracells; children, Taylor Bethany Bracells and Trevor Joshua Bracells, all of Red Bluff; parents, John M. and Kim L. Bracells of Oakdale; and sister Sara N. Tavares of Oakdale.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, Sept. 26 at Mike Fisher’s, 10149 Atlas Road, Oakdale.
