Francis Freida Lucero, 57, died Sunday, April 20 in Montebello.

She was born in Los Angeles to proud parents Joseph Andrew and Mary Sandoval Lucero.

She was a former resident of Oakdale and lived here for a number of years.

She is survived by her son, Robert Joseph (Melanie Yvette) Lopez; grandchildren, Aaron Jacob, Breanne Mary, and Nathaniel Joseph, all of Oakdale; siblings, Joe, Freddy, Margaret, Charlene, and Peggy; nieces and nephews, Monique Lucero, Trisha Lucero, Jennifer Lucero, Sharon Montez, Guy Montez, George Montez, Michelle “Mika” Lucero Rodriguez, Sammy “Poppa” Lucero Rodriguez, Anthony Lucero, Elaine Lucero, Carol Lucero, Donna Lucero, Annette Lucero, Daniel Lucero (Kish), Keith Lucero (Kish); great-nieces and great-nephews, Jocelyn Lucero, John Sanchez, Aric (Ricky) Richards, Andrew Richards, and Matthew Richards; and many other great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her siblings, Tony, Danny, Elsie, Connie, and Carol.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 24 at Saint Mary’s Catholic Church, 89 N. Oak Ave., Oakdale.
