We would like to wish a happy birthday to a very important person in our Valley Home community. Kevin Koppinger is 21 years old! Kevin is always volunteering to help at our school and community activities. He is a student at Columbia College and is a manager at Papa Murphys Pizza. Happy Birthday Kevin. Hope you have a great one!

At our community park meeting last Friday, Valley Home school superintendent Rolanda DesRosiers shared more details on the upcoming “Love Valley Home Day” on April 5. All of us are asked to bring shovels, rakes, etc. and work together to beautify Valley Home. If you know of an area that needs attention or perhaps a homeowner needing assistance, please give Rolanda a call at Valley Home school 847-0117. We are looking forward to a day filled with hard work, friendship and fun!

Beci Mullins has returned home from a fun trip to Minnesota. While we have had weather in the 70’s, Beci said it was wonderful to be in such beautiful country with weather -10 degrees. She had a great time and can’t wait to go back!

Valley Home 4-Hers are asking for your support. Next Tuesday, Feb 4 they will be holding their annual Box Social fundraiser. Traditionally beautiful wrapped packages filled with delicious goodies, and many other items have been auctioned off to the top bidder. The auction will start at 7 p.m. and will be held at the Baptist Church on Valley Home Road (behind the school). The 4-Hers would greatly appreciate your support!
