The varsity and junior varsity divisions of the Oakdale Stampede Youth Football team played contests at Modesto Christian High on Nov. 10 in a fundraiser effort to donate all proceeds to the family of Jayden Thomas, who was tragically killed in an auto accident after leaving a youth football game in Manteca. The Modesto Broncos donated the use of their field and snack bar for the two games. A bake sale, silent auction, T-shirt sales and donation jars also accumulated funds for the family.
