As the football stadium on the Oakdale High School campus filled with excited families and friends on Thursday evening, May 21, hundreds of Oakdale Junior High students filed onto the field. From a bright and lively address about their future from the ASB President Raelynn Vaughn to the many community activities that the junior high Class of 2026 has been involved in from food drives to clothing drives, the ceremony highlighted the best attributes of the graduating Rams.

“Through our food drive, we donated more than 2,000 food items and 1,500 socks to the sock drive during Socktober, along with distributing gloves and warm blankets to seniors in the community,” said Adalyn Tolboe, ASB Vice President, as she thanked her fellow graduates for their generosity and spirit.

Piper Baldwin noted how incredible the past year has been as she presented the school with the 2026 Class Gift, a photobooth to be used at upcoming events like dances and celebrations.

From there, the graduation moved forward with presentation of the eighth-grade diplomas for the students, sending more than 300 OJHS Rams on to OHS to become Mustangs and start their high school journey in August.
