It sounds like our Valley Home 4-Hers not only had a great time at their February meeting, but also made lots of money at their annual Box Social on February 5th. The Box Social provides an evening of fun for all the members, as they all participate in seeing who can create the prettiest decorated box of goodies to be auctioned off at the meeting. This meeting was no exception and goodies of every kind were auctioned off. A special thank you to Gary Lewis who acts as auctioneer for the fun filled event. Helping Gary with the auction were helpers, Sam Fletcher, Conner and Colin McKinzie, Cody Bartholomew and Jakob Nunes.

Next up on the calendar for our 4-Hers will be working on their Second Annual Tri-Tip dinner to be held on Saturday, March 16th at the Valley Home Gym. Take-outs will be available between 5-6 p.m., priced $15 for adults with children (6-10) at $7. For those dining at the Gym, dinner will be served from 6-8:30 p.m. Dinner will consist of Tri-Tip, Portuguese Beans, Baked Potato, Green Salad, Roll and Dessert. To add to the festivities there will be a Silent Auction and a Door Prize drawing. For ticket information please call Ashley or Christina Barreto at (209) 847-6470. Proceeds from the dinner will benefit the club and also individuals selling tickets for their trip to Disneyland in April.
