The City of Oakdale has announced a road closure and detour for Friday, Oct. 26 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Due to construction as part of the East A Street Slurry Seal Project, East A Street between North Yosemite Avenue and Valley View Drive will be closed to thru traffic.

It is advised to use alternate routes during the construction and slurry seal project; if you must use this route, you are advised to allow extra time to reach your destination.
