Brandon McDowell and Stephanie White of Oakdale welcomed the arrival of their daughter, Tabitha Zobriah Renee McDowell, on Nov. 27, 2011. The newborn weighed six pounds, two ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.
Welcoming the newcomer home was older sister K’Leigha McDowell.
David White, Sr. of Lomita and Debbie Wheeler of Oakdale are the maternal grandparents.
Rory McDowell, Sr. of Covington and Teresa McQuillen of Laff, Louisiana are paternal grandparents.
