A daughter, Lilly Dawn Villegas, was born on Jan. 12, 2013 to expectant parents Jeff and Tara Villegas from Oakdale.

The mother is the former Tara Webb.

The newborn weighed in at eight pounds, 14 ounces on arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.

Welcoming the newcomer were sisters Brooklyn Faith and Khloe Rose Villegas.

The maternal grandparents are Steve and Cindy Webb of Oakdale.

The paternal grandparents are Gary and Cathy Villegas from Woodbridge, California.
