A girl, Jocelyn Ruiz-Arreola, was born Sept. 13, 2010 to expectant parents Enrique and Susana Ruiz of Riverbank. The newborn weighed seven pounds, one ounce upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.
The mother is the former Susana Arreola.
Welcoming the newcomer home were older siblings Enrique J, Manuel Edgar and Danie.
Manuel Arreola and Maria Erlinda Arreola of Oakdale are the maternal grandparents.
Antonio Ruiz and Maria Dolorez Ruiz of Riverbank are the paternal grandparents.
