David and Melissa Xavier of Oakdale welcomed the arrival of their son, Austin Vieira Xavier, on Nov. 13, 2011. The newborn weighed seven pounds, four ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.
George and Mary Vieira of Oakdale are the maternal grandparents.
Constantino and Madalena Xavier of Livingston are paternal grandparents.
