Paving Project Continues Along Highway

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will continue its work in the Oakdale area this week.

Caltrans is paving the roadway on State Route 120 (SR-120) from Maag Avenue to Lancaster Road in Oakdale. Work will occur as follows: one-way traffic control from Maag Avenue to Stearns Road that began on Sunday, Dec. 7 continuing through Friday, Dec. 12 from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m.; the #1 (left) lane and right shoulder on eastbound and westbound SR-120 from Stearns Road to Wamble Road closed on Sunday, Dec.7 through Friday, Dec. 12 from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m.; the #1 (left) and #2 (right) lanes, and the right and left shoulders, will alternately close on eastbound SR-120 from Wamble Road to Lancaster Road which started on Sunday, Dec. 7 continuing through Friday, Dec. 12 from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m.; one-way traffic control at the intersection of SR-120 and Lancaster Road began Sunday, Dec. 7 through Friday, Dec. 12 from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m.

Motorists should expect 15 minute delays. Alternate routes should be taken whenever possible.

 

Inclement weather anticipated later this week could impact the work schedule.
