Competitors Line Up For Library Fun Run
Don Osborne
Osborne 2

The rain did not deter the determined as the Oakdale Lions Club presented the 27th Annual Don Osborne Memorial Run/Walk on Saturday, Feb. 2.

As a chilly winter storm pelted much of the Central Valley on Saturday morning, the local service club continued its race and the runners and walkers responded. By the call of race time for the one mile at 9 a.m., the clouds had lifted and the sun broke through. A total of 77 entered the one mile and 83 entered the 5k event.
