Hello to each of you. This week I am saddened to share with you that our sweet Oakdale boy, Jett Trunnell, has had his health take a very sad turn … we are heartbroken; please pray for peace and comfort for our Jett. He is an amazing young man. He is a strong, kind and adventurous 15-year-old local boy who is facing a tremendous battle with osteosarcoma, a very aggressive cancer. Jett is fighting this incredible battle with courage, humility, and amazing bravery. He has a very resilient spirit and a bright smile that lights up every room. Through every step of his journey, Jett’s bravery and positive attitude continue to inspire our entire community.

An outdoor enthusiast at heart, he loves spending time fishing on the lake, exploring the outdoors, collecting Pokémon cards and cheering on his favorite football team, the San Francisco 49ers. Jett also holds a big dream for his future, planning to become a firefighter.
