Testicle Festival Monday

Boasting one of the more unusual names – and fares – of any festival, the 32nd Annual Oakdale Testicle Festival is set for Monday, March 25 at the FES Hall in Oakdale.

The Oakdale Rotary Club and the Oakdale Cowboy Museum present the annual event and the FES Hall is at 190 N. Lee Ave., with the festival starting at 6 p.m. and running until 10 p.m.

According to organizers, “This is one event where you’re guaranteed to ‘have a ball.’” The main course is genuine rocky mountain oysters, also known as calf fries.

Souvenir merchandise is available at www.oakdaletesticlefestival.com.

The Oakdale Rotary Club and The Oakdale Cowboy Museum are non-profit organizations and all proceeds see their way back to the community.

There will be a hosted bar, a raffle and live auction, with an appearance scheduled by ‘Rawhide,’ the mascot for the San Francisco Bulls professional hockey team.

Tickets are $65 in advance or $75 at the door. Tickets are available at the Oakdale Cowboy Museum or by calling (209) 847-5163.
