Organizers expect to serve over 1100 meals on Thanksgiving as the Spirit of Oakdale hosts its 23rd Annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner. Donations of turkeys (cooked or frozen), desserts, toys and cash are still welcomed as the crew prepares for the meal. The free community meal is served on Thanksgiving Day from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Gene Bianchi Community Center.
