The Oakdale Leader sponsored a holiday coloring contest and drew several dozen entries from area youngsters. Voted as the Grand Prize Winner and receiving a Galaxy Theatres gift pack was Isabella Gomar, 10, top photo, a fifth grader at Magnolia Elementary. Runner up honors went to Camila Cardoso, 11, a sixth grader at Fair Oaks and Avery Vejar, 5, who attends transitional kindergarten at Cloverland. The runner-ups received a holiday themed gift bag.
