The Knights Ferry School Kindergarteners visited the Fresno Zoo! The class wore “Zoo Crew” lime green T-shirts for easy identification and they looked adorable. It reminds me of my Kindergarten through second grade year when we would take a field trip to Marine World. We decorated our T-shirts with sponge animal shapes and paint. Thank you, Mrs. Boyer and Mrs. Shearer, for taking us every year! The fifth through eighth graders took on teams from Roberts Ferry in four games of basketball. The Knights Ferry Jr. High boys got the solo victory for Knights Ferry School! The students enjoy playing friendly sports games with other small schools. The Kindergarteners and first graders held a Friday afternoon “dance off” with fun group dances to songs like “Ghost Busters” and they were all presented with gift certificates to the Knights Ferry Creamery.
