International Arena Soccer action returns to the Stockton Arena when the U.S. National Arena Soccer Team (USNAST) hosts Team Mexico on Saturday, Sept. 14 at 6 p.m.

The match is presented by the Stockton Rush and the American Association of Soccer567. Tickets are now on sale at Stockton Arena box office and Ticketmaster.com.

Included in this year’s roster is U.S. soccer legend Landon Donovan, who will play for Team USA during the match. Donovan is the all-time leader in assists for the U.S. men’s national team while also sharing the all-time scoring lead with Clint Dempsey.

Donovan won a record six MLS Cups, owns the league’s all-time record for assists at 136, and is now the namesake for the league’s MVP award – the Landon Donovan MVP Award.

“We are looking forward to bringing back arena soccer to Stockton with this exciting matchup between USA and Mexico,” said Bernie Lilavois, who serves as the USNAST General Manager. “Soccer fans in the region will have this opportunity to not only watch two top national teams who have built up a rivalry over the last several years but also Landon Donovan playing in the game. This game will be a must see event.”

Full rosters for the game will be announced in the coming weeks. Both USA and Mexico are in final preparations for the upcoming 2019 World Minifootball Federation World Cup to be held in Perth, Australia from Oct. 1 through 11.

Tickets for the game start at $10; special group ticket packages will also be available.
