Dear Editor,

Are the city council and supervisor of public works all in Turkey making movie with Sylvester Stallone and Gov. Schwarzenegger? While we pay for planner from Modesto?

No wonder they raised our water and sewer again. Seniors and the handicapped are paying again.

Supervisor was a no show on Monday. I live on Social Security and my bill went up $14 last month. Man read meter two weeks ago, said my meter was lower so ? I was on the sidewalk with him, he did a whole street, not 42 days ago on 33.

Do your job!

No wonder state and our city have no new revenue.
