Michael Wilson ‘Foggy’ Harrison, 56, died Friday, Jan. 7 of natural causes in Coulterville.

He was born and raised in Oakdale. He lived in Sonora for the past 12 years.

Mr. Harrison was a member of the Sonora Moose Lodge and the Kennedy Meadows Pack Station.

He enjoyed all of his time at Kennedy Meadows with his friends, and he enjoyed his time spent with his dog Freckles that died a couple years ago. He was a man of few words, but many expressions.

He was a beloved father and friend.

He is survived by his daughter, Cody (Isis) Madera of Modesto; stepdaughters, Corey (Westley) White of Stephenville, TX, Christy Roberts of San Diego; sisters, Ardyce Boyd of Oakdale, Karen Herrera of Coos Bay, OR; and brother, Richard Harrison of Oakdale.

A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 22 at the H-B Saloon, Oakdale.
