FATHER ANTONY CHACKO 

Born May 17, 1949. Entered into rest November 20, 2014. Services  for the well known priest will be held at St. Joseph's Church, Modesto, Ca. December 3, 2014. Visitation 5 p.m. Rosary  at 6 p.m. Vigil  7 p.m. Funeral Mass Dec. 4th at 10 a.m. will be held at St. Joseph's Church, Modesto, Ca. Burial at 2 p.m. at San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery, Stockton, Ca. He is survived by one sister and one niece in San Jose, Ca. He has 4 sisters and many nieces and nephews in India. Father Chacko was in the Missionaries of Charity and worked with Mother Teresa for 34 years. Since becoming a priest for the Stockton Diocese, he served at a number of parishes, including St. Mary's of Oakdale, St. Joseph's of Modesto and most recently, St. Frances of Rome in Riverbank.
