Last Wednesday at lunch time Valley Home’s very first Fellowship of Christian Athletes was held! Tyler Cooley led the meeting which had 25 attendees! This is so very exciting for Valley Home School! FCA is a national organization that is a non-denominational Christian sports ministry. The meeting was held in teacher Nikki Shatswell’s classroom. We are excited and wish Tyler much success with this wonderful endeavor! Thank you Tyler for your enthusiasm, we greatly appreciate you!

Valley Home 4-Hers, record books must be turned in! If you have not turned them in yet, be sure to do so immediately!

4-Hers remember to let Winnie know if you will be able to attend the Memorial Day Ceremony at Valley Home Memorial Park. It will be held on Monday, May 28th at 1 p.m. This is a very special day and a wonderful way to honor our fallen Veterans. It is a very touching tribute, with Valley Home 4-Hers raising and lowering the flag, giving a speech about the ultimate sacrifice, and the presentation of the wreath at the bottom of the flag pole.
