The opening night of Oakdale’s Farmers Market on May 20 saw plenty of people making their way to North Third Avenue for the event, with taping off of vendor booths designed to keep vendors and customers socially distant. The crowd, however, mingled and mixed a bit as they browed through the wide variety of produce booths, merchandise and food offerings, and listened to some music. The market runs Wednesdays from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
