Oakdale High School has released its official schedule of important dates for the 2025-26 academic year, with student Round-Up events kicking off Thursday, July 31 and the first day of school set for Wednesday, Aug. 6.
The annual Round-Up at the high school will take place in the main gym on the West G Street campus across two days.
On Thursday, July 31 incoming OHS seniors will gather for round-up activities from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., with the junior class meeting from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
On Friday, Aug. 1 sophomores will have their round-up event from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
The freshman orientation will be in the stadium on Aug. 1 from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., with the round-up/tour from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
During the round-up event, students can submit their signed data confirmation forms, pick up class schedules, student IDs, and pre-ordered PE clothing. No PE clothing purchases will be made on site. Sophomores will also undergo a state-mandated hearing screening. Students will receive one free ID card; replacements cost $5.
To streamline the process, parents are encouraged to complete the data confirmation online through the Aeries Parent Portal at oakdalehigh.com. A signed printout of the emergency card is required for schedule pickup.
For families needing assistance, the counseling office will provide access to computers from July 23 through 30, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Additionally, senior portraits are scheduled through July 25 on campus. Students should receive appointment details from Lifetouch/Prestige Portraits. Those who have not received a notice should call 1-877-825-7922 or visit prestigeportraits.com.
The school year concludes May 21, 2026, with graduation set for May 22.
Principal Mike Moore stated, “It is an honor to be the principal of Oakdale High School, and I will do everything in my power to ensure our students are not only successful while here at OHS, but are also prepared for their future endeavors.”
