A project that saw many contributors came to fruition on Monday morning at Haidlen Ford on East F Street in Oakdale. Here, recently-turned 16-year-old Hailey Horn has the key and gets ready to drive off the lot with a used car that was refurbished and prepared for her, free of charge, courtesy of a team of volunteers. The teen is battling brain cancer and friends of the family wanted to make sure she had a special ‘Sweet 16’ birthday. Looking on is General Manager Erich Haidlen.
