Asian pork stir fry, brown rice, peas and carrots, fresh seasonal fruit, pineapple-orange juice.

Chicken Parmesan w/pasta, garden salad with Italian dressing, garlic spinach, orange juice, garlic bread.

Tacos w/cheese, lettuce and tomatoes, corn, ambrosia fruit salad, flour tortillas. (Sub – Chicken Caesar Salad)

 

THURSDAY, APRIL 21

Seafood salad and pasta salad plate on lettuce and tomato wedges with Thousand Island dressing, fresh orange, whole wheat bread.

Chicken gumbo, Parmesan rice, baked winter squash, tossed salad w/ranch dressing, pineapple and mandarins.

 

MONDAY, APRIL 25

Spaghetti with meatballs, tossed salad w/cherry tomatoes and Thousand Island dressing, seasonal fresh fruit, garlic bread.

 

TUESDAY, APRIL 26

Tomato soup, baked potato w/chili and cheese, carrot-raisin salad, seasonal fresh fruit, cornbread.

 

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 27

Roast pork, sweet potatoes, green beans, cranberry juice, whole wheat bread. (Sub – Chef Salad)

 

THURSDAY, APRIL 28

Chicken fajitas, shredded lettuce and salsa, summer squash, mandarin oranges, flour tortilla.

 

FRIDAY, APRIL 29

Hot turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes w/gravy, California blend vegetables, pineapple-orange juice, vanilla pudding.

 

When Chef or Chicken Caesar Salad are chosen, they are served with an orange and whole wheat bread. All meals are served with eight ounces of low fat milk.
