Waste Management’s Sacramento/Nevada Area will be hosting a local job fair to recruit Customer Service Representatives to work in their Gold River call center. The job fair will take place Feb. 15-16 in Sacramento, and interested candidates must pre-register by Friday, Feb. 10.
The job description is as follows:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) position receives and processes service and sales calls from residential and commercial customers, and serves as the end-to-end point of contact for these customers. A High School Diploma or G.E.D. and a minimum of two years working in a customer service or call center environment handling customer requests, account or order change and issues are required.
