Hospice Center Ceremony Honors Service Members

Community Hospice will be honoring those that have served and are currently serving the country in the armed forces at the annual Veterans Pavilion Dedication Ceremony on Monday, Nov. 12. Community members are welcome to reflect and memorialize a loved one. There is no charge to attend.

Community Hospice is a partner in the “We Honor Veterans” program, which is a National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization program.

Light refreshments will be served.

The event is scheduled at the Community Hospice Haig and Isabel Berberian Patient Service Center, 4368 Spyres Way, Modesto on Monday, Nov. 12 at 11:11 a.m.

Community Hospice Foundation, established in 2001, raises funds and awareness for Community Hospice.

Community Hospice is the largest and oldest nonprofit hospice agency in the Central Valley. Serving the community since 1979, Community Hospice has cared for thousands of friends and neighbors offering compassionate and quality care, education and support to terminally ill patients and families, regardless of ability to pay.
