The 2017 Carriage Art Show sponsored by the City of Oakdale and the Valley Art Association will be hosted at the Gene Bianchi Community Center, 110 S. Second Ave., Oakdale on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 18 and 19 with a reception and awards presentation on Sunday, 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Artists wishing to participate in the Juried Art Show should send a #10 SASE to VAA 2017 Art Show, P.O.
