The Knights Ferry Community Club will have a guest speaker at their next meeting on August 5 from the Children’s Guardian House in Oakdale. Everyone is invited to come to the meeting and potluck dinner.

Knights Ferry School’s first day of the 2021-2022 school year is August 5. I hope everyone will remember to slow down as they drive through town. It is dangerous for children walking to school. The posted speed limit is 15 mph!

Welcome to the Knights Ferry School staff, Sarah Sundberg and Laura Watson! Sarah Sundberg will be doing reading intervention and Laura Watson will be doing maintenance and custodian work at the school. Both women have been highly involved in the school as parents who drive on the field trips, work in the classroom, and actively contribute with the Parent Teacher Club.
