Martin and Stacey Foster of Oakdale are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Riley Foster, to Second Lieutenant Sean Kennedy, son of Stephen and Deborah Kennedy of Arlington, Virginia.

The bride is currently attending the United States Military Academy at West Point. She will graduate in May 2010 with a BS in Arabic. She has branched into Military Intelligence. She is a 2006 graduate of Oakdale High School.

The groom graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2009 with a BS in Russian and a minor in Military History. He attended high school in Germany. He is currently an Armor Officer.

The couple is planning a June wedding and will be stationed in Texas.
