Shawn Matthew Crew and Autumn Rose Nix of Oakdale welcomed the arrival their daughter, Sierra Rose Crew, on August 26, 2009. The newborn weighed six pounds, 14 ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.

Welcoming the newcomer home were older siblings Nathanial Crew and Matthew Crew.

Edward Clark and Sherri Nix of Oakdale are the maternal grandparents.

Dwayne Crew of Oakdale is the paternal grandfather.
