Expectant parents David and Stacey O’Neal welcomed the arrival of their daughter on July 13, 2012.

The newborn weighed in at seven pounds, 12 ounces on arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.

The mother is the former Stacey Murdoch.

Welcoming their new little sister home were big siblings Kylee and Peyton.

Richard and Lori Murdoch of Oakdale are the maternal grandparents.

Scott and Debbie O’Neal of Waterford are the paternal grandparents.
