A girl, Louisianna Angelee Ramirez, was born Jan. 6, 2012 to expectant parents Samuel and Joanna Ramirez of Oakdale. The newborn weighed eight pounds, two ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.
The mother is the former Joanna Apodaca.
Welcoming the newcomer home was older sister Priscilla.
Elizabeth and George Michel of Oakdale are the maternal grandparents.
Angela Hammons and Cris Ramirez of Oakdale are the paternal grandparents.
