A girl, Izabella Romana Montes, was born July 24, 2009 to expectant parents Humberto E. Jr. and Monica C. Montes of Oakdale. The newborn weighed nine pounds, one ounce upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.
Welcoming the newcomer home was older brother Carlos A Garcia.
Juan M. and Maria E. Gonzalez of Oakdale are the maternal grandparents.
Humberto and Maria L. Montes of Oakdale are the paternal grandparents.
