With summer days drifting away, and fall just around the corner, the Oakdale Youth Swim team, known as the Gators, wraps up their season this Saturday, July 26. The Summer’s End Invitational meet is set to begin at 9 a.m. at Oakdale High School’s Aquatic Center. The young swimmers have been hard at work since their first meet on June 7 and have since improved their swimming abilities in all aspects in the pool. Members of the community are welcome to support and cheer on the Gators Swim Team for their final competition of the year. Oakdale welcomes other swim clubs from around the area including Brentwood, Sonora, Lodi and Ellis of Tracy.
