Dear Editor,

The Oakdale Women’s Club would like to thank the City of Oakdale Parks ad Recreation Department for providing the citizens of Oakdale with the excellent certified Farmer’s Market that ran every Thursday from May 28, 2009 to August 27, 2009. As a non-profit, we appreciated the opportunity to distribute literature about our organization, and raise funds that will be donated to Oakdale charities throughout 2009-2010. Thank you to the generous citizens of Oakdale who purchased raffle tickets for cash prizes. The winners of the raffle were Sean Folks, Margaret Tarranto, and David Guin.
